John Wharton received a patent in 1899 for the invention of the cotton candy machine. Patton first created cotton candy by spinning it on a gas-powered plate.
William Morrison received a patent in 1899 or the invention of the cotton candy machine.
A lot of people claim to have invented the cotton candy machine however they all received credit.
All except Lascaux participated in the St. Louis World Fair of 1904.
